Not to mention being crucially important for morale!
Improved scheduling and planning
To increase organizational efficiency and clarity, I implemented a structured system for design scheduling that leveraged points estimation and tracked actuals to gather more accurate resource forecasting data. With the introduction of Monday.com, we established a centralized platform for road mapping and product scheduling which not only streamlined planning but also enhanced cross-functional transparency and accountability across the organization.

Storybook
Design-Engineering tooling integration
To bridge the gap between design and dev, I introduced Storybook as our shared tooling solution enabling both teams to collaborate in real time and maintain a unified source of truth for UI components built in code. This integration fostered consistency, transparency, and accelerated the development of a holistic design system across the org.
